Position Specific Training in Handball, our newest publication, aims to facilitate the development of adult or junior players.

For better understanding, each position’s specific technical and tactical basic element is supplemented with 47 video clips which were produced by the Hungarian University of Physical Education’s TÁMOP Project with the help of this book’s authors. These can be viewed with the help of a QR code reader app. They are teaching videos which assist the technical preparation that each position’s movement repertoire requires.
